30-Minute Ground Beef Philly Cheesesteak

A quick and delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, featuring ground beef and turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hoagie rolls

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Remove bacon and add ground beef, onion, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until beef is browned and veggies are tender.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the turkey bacon back to the skillet.
  6. Top with provolone cheese and cover until melted.
  7. Serve in hoagie rolls.

Notes
