A delicious and protein-packed recipe for chicken enchiladas topped with a creamy white sauce.

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add shredded chicken and garlic powder, mixing well.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
  5. Fill each tortilla with chicken and a little cheese, roll them up, and place in a baking dish.
