38g Protein Chicken Enchiladas with Dreamy White Sauce

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups white sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cheese, sour cream, diced green chilies, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up tightly.
  4. Place the rolled enchiladas in a greased baking dish.
