  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, carrots, and celery, and sauté until tender.
  3. Add garlic, turmeric, and ginger; cook for another minute.
  4. Add diced chicken and sauté until browned.
  5. Pour in chicken broth; bring to a boil.
