  • 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in the diced apples.
  5. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and grease it lightly.
  6. Pour batter to form pancakes and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Cook turkey bacon in another pan until crispy.
