  • 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the grated apple.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour batter to form pancakes.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. In a separate pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  7. Serve pancakes warm with crispy turkey bacon on the side.
