  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing, garlic powder, and pepper.
  3. Coat chicken breasts in the dressing mixture.
  4. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese in a separate bowl.
  5. Press the chicken into the breadcrumb mixture to coat each piece.
  6. Place the chicken in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Serve hot with extra Caesar dressing if desired.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate chicken for a few hours before baking.
  • Can substitute chicken breasts for thighs if preferred.
