  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the melted butter and brown sugar, stirring until well combined.
  4. Mix in the eggs until fully incorporated.
  5. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing gently.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  8. Divide the batter among the muffin cups and sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let them cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • For an extra indulgent touch, add some graham cracker crumbs on top before baking.
  • These muffins are best enjoyed warm.
