- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the melted butter and brown sugar, stirring until well combined.
- Mix in the eggs until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing gently.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Divide the batter among the muffin cups and sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let them cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
