  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, cornmeal, and garlic powder.
  2. Dip the shrimp in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and finally coat with the flour again.
  3. Fry the shrimp in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  4. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.
  5. Warm the tortillas and fill each with lettuce, tomatoes, shrimp, and drizzle with the bang bang sauce.
  6. Top with crumbled turkey bacon and serve.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, consider adding some chopped green onions as a garnish.
  • Adjust the spice level of the bang bang sauce by adding more or less sriracha.
