- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- In a bowl, mix the flour, cornmeal, and garlic powder.
- Dip the shrimp in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and finally coat with the flour again.
- Fry the shrimp in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.
- Warm the tortillas and fill each with lettuce, tomatoes, shrimp, and drizzle with the bang bang sauce.
- Top with crumbled turkey bacon and serve.
