Breakfast Pancake Poppers

Delicious pancake poppers filled with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken ham, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  5. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

Notes

  • Serve warm with maple syrup or your choice of dipping sauce.
