- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy, then remove and crumble.
- In the same pot, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until tender.
- Pour in beef broth, and bring to a boil.
- Stir in macaroni and cook until al dente.
- Reduce heat, and whisk in cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with crumbled turkey bacon before serving.
