  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until bubbly.
  2. Mix in olive oil, salt, and flour gradually until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, around 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Roll out the dough and cut it into bone shapes.
  7. Place shredded cheese in the center of each shape and fold over to seal.
  8. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
