  • 1 pound chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chicken, vegetables, and seasonings.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Add chicken broth and milk, cooking until thickened.
  6. Transfer mixture into a pie crust and cover with the second crust.
  7. Cut slits in the top crust and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Let it cool before serving.
