Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In another bowl, mix together granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture, then stir well.

  6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Once chilled, scoop out the dough and roll into balls, then roll each ball in powdered sugar.
  8. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes.
