  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the powdered sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Roll the balls in granulated sugar and place them on the sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
