  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, grated carrots, and sugars until combined.
  3. Add vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
