Crac Chicken Penne

A delicious and easy recipe for Crac Chicken Penne featuring turkey bacon.

  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the broccoli and cook for an additional 3–4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the Parmesan cheese, crumbled turkey bacon, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
  7. Toss the cooked penne in the sauce until well coated.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with additional cheese if desired.

Notes
