Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest; mix well.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Notes

  • For a sweeter taste, you can increase the sugar in the recipe.
