  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup green enchilada sauce
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, green enchilada sauce, and diced green chilies. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add in the shredded chicken, corn, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
