- 8 ounces turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 pound frozen ravioli
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup spinach, fresh
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same pot, add olive oil, onion, and garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Add chicken ham and sauté for a few more minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add ravioli and cook until done, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, spinach, and Italian seasoning.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with crumbled turkey bacon.
