  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Soak the brioche slices in the mixture for about 5 minutes on each side.
  3. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, cook the soaked brioche slices until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Serve the French toast topped with turkey bacon and a sprinkle of sugar, then caramelize the sugar using a blow torch for a crispy top.
