  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Gently fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
  5. Whip the cream and fold it into the chocolate mixture.
  6. Add raspberries and gently mix.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Let cool before serving.
