Dumpling Soup

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 cup dumpling dough
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced turkey bacon and chicken ham, and cook until lightly browned.
  3. Stir in the mixed vegetables and seasonings, and bring to a simmer.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dumpling dough into the simmering soup.
  5. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until dumplings are cooked through.
