  • 1 box (15 oz) chocolate cake mix
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread chopped walnuts evenly on the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix chocolate cake mix with water until just combined.
  4. Pour the cake batter over the walnuts in the baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Drop spoonfuls over the cake batter.
  6. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top of the cake.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
