- 8 ounces orzo pasta
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup Boursin cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the orzo according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
- In the same skillet, add the diced chicken ham and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked orzo, turkey bacon, chicken ham, Boursin cheese, chicken broth, heavy cream, spinach, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
