- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until softened.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth and milk gradually, stirring until thickened.
- Combine the cooked chicken, peas, spaghetti, turkey bacon, and cheese into the sauce. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with additional cheese if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- You can use leftover turkey or rotisserie chicken as substitutes.
- For a lighter version, use low-fat cheese and broth.
