- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 sub rolls
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Fry the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the meatballs until browned on all sides.
- Place the meatballs in a baking dish, cover with marinara sauce, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Top with chicken ham and crispy turkey bacon.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve in sub rolls.
