  • 4 cups sliced potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
