  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sautéing until soft.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add cauliflower, thyme, black pepper, and salt; cook until tender.
