Delicious High Protein Egg White Bites that are perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 8 egg whites
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into small pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, chopped turkey bacon, bell peppers, spinach, cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg is set and edges are lightly golden.
  6. Allow to cool before removing from the muffin tin.
