- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, diced
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, avocado, turkey bacon, red onion, and cilantro.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
