  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft.
  3. Stir in the turkey bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, cooking until the bacon is crispy.
  4. Remove from the heat and stir in the provolone cheese until melted.
