  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add ground turkey, onion, and garlic to the pot; cook until browned.
  3. Stir in crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Bring to a boil, then add broken lasagna noodles.
  5. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until noodles are cooked.
  6. Serve topped with ricotta, mozzarella, and basil.
