Lemon Blueberry Cottage Cheese Protein Bites

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
