Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
