Marry Me Shrimp Pasta

A delicious and romantic dish that combines succulent shrimp with pasta in a creamy sauce.

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add chicken broth, heavy cream, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Add cooked spaghetti and shrimp back to the skillet. Toss to coat.
  7. Season with salt to taste and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
