- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup Kalamata olives
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
