8 slices turkey bacon
6 large eggs
1 cup milk
2 cups bread, cubed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble into pieces.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper.
