  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups egg noodles, uncooked
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  3. Add mushrooms, garlic powder, and onion powder to the skillet and cook until the mushrooms are softened.
  4. In a large bowl, combine beef mixture, egg noodles, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with Swiss cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
