  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Beat on medium speed until well combined.
  3. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  4. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow cupcakes to cool completely.
  7. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
