  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form a crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Mix in the sour cream and flour until just combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are slightly puffed.
  8. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
  9. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
