A delicious and easy recipe for chicken rice casserole with turkey bacon.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup rice, uncooked
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped turkey bacon, uncooked rice, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Stir until well mixed and pour into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
