  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 6 cups cubed bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
  3. Fold in the cubed bread until completely soaked.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
