A deliciously decadent layered dessert that showcases the flavors of fall.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat together powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Spread over the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter version, increase the sugar in the cream cheese layer.
  • Serve with additional whipped topping if desired.
