Pumpkin Patch Deviled Eggs

Delicious and festive Pumpkin Patch Deviled Eggs topped with turkey bacon and chicken ham for a unique twist on a classic appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup carrot, grated (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, then let them cool and peel them.
  2. Cut the eggs in half and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
  3. Mix the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Fold in the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and chives.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  6. Garnish with grated carrot on top to resemble a pumpkin patch.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add a few dashes of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
  • These deviled eggs can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
