Deliciously indulgent Reese’s cookie cups are the perfect homemade treat for peanut butter lovers.

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 12 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, mini size

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Gradually stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
  4. Fill each muffin cup halfway with the cookie mixture.
  5. Press a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup into each cookie base.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • For extra chocolate flavor, you can drizzle melted chocolate on top before serving.
  • These cookie cups are best enjoyed warm, but can also be stored for later.
