A delightful combination of cookie and chocolate, these Reese’s Cookie Cups are the perfect treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 12 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and softened butter until creamy.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough into greased muffin tins.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Let them cool before removing from the muffin tin.

Notes

  • For added flavor, try refrigerating the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
  • Make sure to not overbake for a chewier texture.
