- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until it turns golden and has a nutty aroma.
