  • 1 pound fresh salmon, skin removed
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. While the salmon balls are baking, prepare the avocado sauce by blending the avocado, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper until smooth.
  6. Serve the salmon balls warm with the creamy avocado sauce on the side.
