Singapore noodles are a delicious and comforting meal option, combining the flavors of turkey bacon and chicken ham to create a satisfying dish.

  • 8 ounces rice vermicelli noodles
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice vermicelli noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy, then remove and chop.
  4. Add the onion, carrots, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the diced chicken ham, cooked noodles, curry powder and soy sauce. Toss everything together and cook for another 3-5 minutes until heated through.
  6. Stir in the chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding a dash of sesame oil before serving.
  • Feel free to customize with your favorite vegetables.
